LAMAR TWP- On Wednesday, an early evening search of a residence on McCloskey Lane in Lamar Township resulted in the arrest of Maurice Flipper Johnson, 35. Johnson, who provided a Philadelphia address upon arraignment, was alleged linked by police to previous drug deliveries to another man, Matthew Slota, who was arrested in Lycoming County earlier this week for Possession With Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine.
When the Clinton County East Drug Task Force descended on McCloskey Lane on Wednesday, they located Johnson, along with a large amount of suspected Methamphetamine and suspected Heroin or Fentanyl, packaging materials, and scales. The arrest was made in cooperation with the Office of Pennsylvania Attorney General Agents, Pine Creek Police Department, and with the assistance of the Pennsylvania State Police in Lamar.
MDJ John Maggs set bail on Johnson at $250,000.
