Domestic Violence Fast Track
The Fast-Track Domestic Violence Program is designed to provide immediate intervention for both victims and offenders and requires the defendant to appear in court the day following the offense.
Goals
The program’s goal is to hold defendants immediately accountable for their actions and to provide victims with relevant information, support and appropriate referrals.
How it Works
Fast Track allows victims of domestic violence to have meaningful input in the early stages of a criminal prosecution about the disposition of the case.
