Timothy Alva NEFF, 57, pled guilty to Homicide on September 10th, 2020  . NEFF was sentenced on November 12, 2020 on one (1) count of Murder in the Third Degree, which is a First Degree Felony. NEFF was sentenced to serve from 20 to 40 years in a State Correctional Institute. NEFF was also ordered to pay thousands of dollars in restitution. 

On  May 10, 2019 , NEFF returned home from work and got into a verbal confrontation with his brother William and sister in law Agnes, the victim. The verbal confrontation turned physical and NEFF ended the incident when he stabbed the victim in the back with a large knife.
