The Clinton County Director of Victim's Services Office provides information, assistance and advocacy to all victims and witnesses. The mission of the Director of Victim's Services Office is to ensure the rights of crime victims are protected and that the criminal justice system treats crime victims and witnesses with fairness, compassion, dignity, and respect.
The Director of Victim's Services will assist you in your understanding of the criminal justice process and your rights and responsibilities as a crime victim. The Director of Victim's Services will also inform you of developments in your case as they happen and will act as the liaison between you and the District Attorney. The Director is DAVE (Dependable Access for Victims Expenses) trained and certified and can file Victims Compensation Claims with the Victims Compensation Assistance Program. Jennifer K. Bottorf has served as the Director of Victim's Services since 2008. Jen graduated from Lock Haven University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Jen is an active member of various organizations in Clinton County such as, the Victim/Witness Policy Board, the Clinton County Criminal Justice Advisory Board, the Lock Haven University Criminal Justice Advisory Board, The Sexual Assault Response Team, the STOP Violence Against Women Grant Coordinating Team, the Multidisciplinary Investigative Team, the RE-Entry Team at the Clinton County Correctional Facility, and the Child Death Review Team.
Jen and her husband, Bill, their daughter, Rylee and their dog, Oakley live in Mill Hall, PA.

OVA: Office of the Victim Advocate provides access to information regarding State inmates and offers victims the opportunity to have input on parole release.
