Lock Haven – Clinton County District Attorney Dave Strouse announced today that Kenneth Eugene Orwig, 68, of 6^th St., Renovo, Clinton County, PA., plead guilty today at the Court of Common Pleas before President Judge Craig P. Miller, to Aggravated Indecent Assault to a Person With a Mental Disability, a Felony of the second degree.

Charges were filed by Tpr. Logan Webb, PSP- Lamar, on 02/25/25.

Orwig is scheduled for sentencing in October and was ordered to undergo a Sexual Offenders Assessment to determine if he should be classified as a Sexually Violent Predator pursuant to Pennsylvania Law.  Orwig will be required to register as a sex offender with the PA Megan's Law section for the remainder of his life.
