Rickey Lynn DUCK III, 32, of Howard, PA., was charged by PSP-Lamar with Felony Possession with Intent to Deliver Crystal Methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, and Buprenorphine Hydrochloride, a schedule III controlled substance, as well as various pieces of drug paraphernalia. Duck also faces misdemeanor charges for possession of drug paraphernalia.

On November 2, 2020, DUCK pled No Contest to three charges:

- Theft by Unlawful Taking, a Misdemeanor 1, that took place on May 5, 2020 ;

- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and ungraded Misdemeanor, that took place on June 8, 2020;

- Criminal Trespass, a Felony 3, that took place on June 3, 2020.

Duck also has pending charges for Forgery, Credit Card Fraud, and Identity Theft, as well as Simple Assault.  His next court date is December 15, 2020 at 8:30 AM.
