On February 9, Tori Letlow, Sr, of Ohio, had his charges bound over to court. Letlow had been charged with DUI and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement, for an incident that occurred on October 21, 2020 at approximately 8:39 PM on Interstate 80, in Clinton County. During the pursuit by Pennsylvania State Police, Letlow is accused of fleeing at speeds in excess of 105 MPH.

Letlow posted bail pending trial.
