Lock Haven- Donald Lee Adams, Jr., 42, previously of Clinton County, was captured in the morning of March 5, 2021 in a cabin in the mountains of Kentucky. Adams was located and taken into custody by members of the Kentucky State Police and the U.S. Marshall's Office. Officers breached the front door of the cabin and located Adams. At the time, officers report that Adams had so many guns that they referred to it as "an arsenal". There is currently an investigation into the weapons that were located. It is also unclear at this time as to whom the cabin belongs.
Adams was charged in 2013 for burglarizing the Clinton County Infant Development building. After the burglary, Adams fled the state.
