LOCK HAVEN- Colton Clifford ISENBERG, 30, of Brush Valley Road, Boalsburg, was sentenced Tuesday by Clinton County President Judge Craig P. Miller on five felony sex offenses. Isenberg was sentenced to a maximum term of 27 years, with parole eligibility after 62 months. Isenberg had previously pled guilty in January to one count each of Statutory Sexual Assault (F1), Sexual Abuse of Children (F2), Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (F3), Unlawful Contact with a Minor (F1), and Corruption of Minors (F3).
Isenberg was originally taken into custody on 9 felony counts of statutory sexual assault, 7 felony counts child sexual abuse material, 9 counts of felony unlawful contact with a minor and 9 felony counts of corruption of minors. Police received a complaint from the parents of a child under 16 years of age on September 12 2024, alleging ISENBERG had sexual contact with the child. The investigation revealed ISENBERG had sent nude photos of himself to a minor and then had a sexual relationship with the minor in June 2024 until September 2024. ISENBERG was taken into custody Oct 4 2024. Mill Hall Borough Police investigated the case and charges were filed by Chief Brandon Coleman.
