LOCK HAVEN- Bryan K. Eldred, 26, of School House Road, Bald Eagle Township, entered guilty pleas Monday morning to 2 felony deliveries of a controlled substance from 2020 and 2021.  Police charged Eldred with the drug deliveries following a Clinton County Drug Task Force operation that spanned several months.  Eldred pled to deliveries of 3.5 and 3.7 grams of synthetic cathinones, commonly referred to as "bath salts", to a confidential informant.  

Eldred is scheduled for sentencing in December of 2021.
