Hello everyone, let me introduce myself. I am Kerry W. Stover, the Clinton County Sheriff. I was elected Sheriff in Nov. 2015 and was sworn in for my first term on Jan. 4, 2016. I was re-elected to a second term in 2019. I am very honored to be your Sheriff and work hard to serve everyone the best I can.

Prior to being elected Sheriff, I served as a Clinton County Deputy Sheriff for 10 + years. I have been serving the residence of Clinton County my whole adult life. I am a life member of a local fire department, serving as Chief at one point in time. I am also a member of another department as well. I served for many years on the Board of Directors of a local ambulance organization.  I realized at a young age I really liked to help people in whatever way I could. I still strive for this in my life, and as the Sheriff, I can help people in various way like serving on our county Treatment Court Committee, Veterans and Behavioral Court committees as well. I currently serve on a PA Sheriff's Association committee at the state level and it's an honor serving with my fellow brother and sister sheriff's.

I always listen to people and try my best to help when possible. When I was elected I saw the need and now offer Beginner Handgun safety courses as well as Concealed Carry Seminars when I can. I will speak to local organizations or groups on various subjects when asked because people want honest information from reliable sources. 

Outside of work, I spend my time with my wife Vicki, my son Hunter and my daughter Kara. I love golfing, bowling, motorcycling and riding UTV/ATV on our county trails when I can. I coached little league baseball, girls softball and youth bowling for many years as my kids were growing up. 

Other places are nice to visit but I can honestly say I love living in Clinton County PA.

I am sincerely honored to be your Sheriff and look forward to serving you for many more years. I do my best to make myself available to you, the people who elected me sheriff. Stop in or call anytime.
