STEPHEN CARL JAMES, 69 years old, was charged with Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked and Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic after he was stopped by Township Police on April 18, 2022 while he was driving on the wrong side of the roadway almost hitting an oncoming vehicle on Coudersport Pike Road and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
