On 2/20/2023 IVAN ENGLERT, 22 Y/O, was charged with Public Drunkenness & Disorderly Conduct after Township Police were called to a residence on Lenape Trail for a person unresponsive in the front yard. Upon arriving on scene ENGLERT was found to be highly intoxicated and became combative with officers.
On 2/22/2023 ENGLERT was again charged with Public Drunkenness after Township Police received a call of an intoxicated person on Woodward Avenue and found ENGLERT walking along the road once again in a highly intoxicated state.
Township Police also referred ENGLERT to the Clinton County Law Enforcement Treatment Initiative program (L.E.T.I.) for persons who may have a substance abuse disorder.
