Renovo Police have arrested 30 year old Jeffrey Haines, Jr, stemming from an incident which occurred 08/01/24 at 1949 hrs along Renovo Rd in Chapman Township. Haines was stopped for driving 75 mph in a 35 mph zone and having no license plate on the vehicle. Haines was found to have TWENTY-NINE (29) warrants for his arrest from several counties in Pennsylvania. Haines was found to have a suspended license due to prior DUI, and numerous prior convictions for driving with a suspended license. Haines had no residence address.
