Pine Creek Township Police Department

NEWS RELEASE:   March 4, 2021

1. HARASSMENT:  On 2-9-21 at 1:50 PM the Pine Creek Township Police Department was called to East Central Avenue for a disturbance. As a result of the incident police have cited Lucia Castro of East Central Avenue with Harassment after it was reported Castro punched and pulled the hair of Lysa Dauber of Jersey Shore.

2.  FRAUD: The Pine Creek Township Police are investigating a fraud case where a 21 year old Avis man had his credit card information stolen and multiple purchases made on his account.  It is unknown how the card information was stolen at this point. Police remind citizens to always be cautious where and how they use their card online.

Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
