The Pine Creek Township Police have charged 19 year old Dasia Woolf of Lock Haven with Homicide by Vehicle, Aggravated assault by vehicle, Homicide by Vehicle while DUI, Aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI and Driving under the Influence of a controlled substance along with several traffic violations following an accident and investigation in August of 2020 on State Route 220 in Wayne Township, Clinton County.  On August 11, 2020 the Pine Creek Township Police were called to the vehicle accident around 8:58 PM on SR 220 South just after entering into Wayne Township.  The accident resulted in the death of a 58 year old male truck driver from New York. A passenger in Woolf’s vehicle sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident. A warrant had been issued for the arrest of Woolf and she has been picked up and a preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
