On November 10, 2020 the Pine Creek Township Police arrested 44 year old Eric King of Lafayette Street, Avis, PA.  King has been charged with (1) count of Stalking, (3) counts of indecent assault and (3) counts of harassment.  The charges stem from incidents that haven taken place recently in Avis Borough and Pine Creek Township where it was reported that King has had indecent contact with several women.  A 36 year old female reported to police that King came up behind her while she was in her yard and put his arms around her from behind and grabbed her breasts.  A 66 year old female reported to police that King began walking around with the victim as she walked her dog and would repeatedly tell the victim how he wanted to sexually pleasure her while telling her older women turn him on and continued to do so after being told to stop.  King then sat down on a bench beside the victim and put his arm around her and touched her breasts and buttocks as he leaned in and kissed her neck.  A third report to police came from a 80 year old female who was putting her store bought items into her vehicle when King approached her and asked her two times if he could sit in her vehicle with her for 5 minutes.  After being told no, King leaned in and hugged the victim and while hugging her he took his hand and placed it between her legs. 

King was picked up on a warrant for the charges and arraigned by District Judge John Maggs and bail was set at $85,000.00.
