On 2/27/2021 the Pine Creek Township Police Department arrested Michael Fulger of Jersey Shore on an arrest warrant that was obtained for Fulger for an incident that took place on September 23, 2020 on Woodcock Drive in Pine Creek Township.
On September 23, 2020 the Pine Creek Township Police assisted the Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police on Woodcock Drive in serving a arrest warrant on Michael Fulger for an incident they had investigated. While officers were taking Fulger into custody for that warrant they observed numerous items relating to the packaging, selling and distribution of controlled substances. Fulger advised officers there was several different illegal drugs present in the residence to include “shrooms” growing.
A search warrant was obtained for the residence and as a result officers recovered a mushroom grow operation used to grow psilocybin (magic mushrooms) that create a hallucinogenic (psychedelic) effect. Also recovered from within the residence was several containers of already harvested mushrooms, LSD tablets, ecstacy tablets and cocaine.
Fulger was arraigned by District Justice Kibler and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for March 2, 2021.
