RETAIL THEFT

KELLY JO MILLER of North Bend was arrested for Felony 3 retail theft, after taking a $45.00 item that was for sale during a fundraiser at the Central Mountain Middle school, on 11/16/22 at 1019 am MILLER had walked around the venders booth, when the venders attention was on a paying customer MILLER took the item without paying for it. On 12/02/22 at 1950hrs MILLER was taken into custody and was placed in the Clinton County Jail.
