CODY DANIEL-SHANE MCHENRY of Lock Haven was taken into custody on 11/7/22 at 8:00pm at his residence; MCHENRY, who is the owner of Mchenry Roofing and Construction LLC was contracted to perform home improvement work on the victims home on 09/30/2021 for the total cost of $10,700.00, MCHENRY failed to follow through with the project or refund the victims money to the current date. MCHENRY was transported to the Clinton County Jail  on felony counts of Deceptive or fraudulent business practices, Theft by deception, and Home improvement fraud.
