TANESSA ANN DICKEY of Lock Haven was arrested for  M1 stalking and M3 harassment after she sent multiple social messages to the victim accusing the victim of a crime that the victim didnt commit , after the victim "blocked" DICKEY from sending further messages DICKEY sent an email to the administration of the victims employment accusing the victim of criminal acts that hadnt been committed. Charges will be filed through District Judge Wrights office.
