ARREST

CONNOR PETERS  of Mill Hall, was arrested on 07/02/24 after Police responded to an assault  that occurred at 545 Long Run Road, The investigation revealed PETERS had broken through the front door of the residence and attacked a male inside by placing him in a headlock, A juvenile intervened to stop the attack, PETERS removed a wooden baton from his backpack and struck the juvenile in the face causing injury. Police discovered PETERS had indecent contact with a child under 16 years old which happened the night before, witness' said PETERS used SnapChat to communicate with the child, he became enraged when she wouldnt respond to him. During an interview with PETERS he said he was mad the child hadnt responded to him, he said he arrived at the residence and was infuriated when he saw several males in house, he broke through the door and attacked the male inside and struck another juvenile with a club. PETERS was taken to the Clinton County Jail with felony count of aggravated assault, criminal trespass, simple assault and indecent assault, he was arraigned by District Judge Wright with a bail of $150,000 monetary bail.
