THEFT ,  POSSESSION WITH THE INTENT TO DELIVER

THOR ALBERT GLENN of Lock Haven was arrested after a domestic dispute that occurred on 04/25/23 at 7:31pm, The victim reported GLENN took car keys and a Iphone XS from the victim and refused to return the items, after nearly an hour with Police asking GLENN to return the items and GLENN still refusing he was arrested for theft, as the investigation continued approximately 1.5-2.0 ounces of marijuana had been seized and a loaded FN 5.7x28 handgun was also seized. GLENN was taken to the Clinton County Jail for theft and felony drug charges. The investigation will be continuing.
