MILL HALL:

THOMAS SMITH of Mill Hall was cited under Mill Hall Ordinance 7-102, prohibition on all outdoor burning. On 04/20/23 at 2:07 pm emergency services had been dispatched to 100 North Water Street Mill Hall, units arrived and found a fire that had been in a cast iron wood stove, the stove was connected to a wooden box for a "smoke effect" SMITH left the location leaving the fire unattended resulting in the fire getting out of control burning a wood box and causing  damage to a PP&L outdoor power unit melting the meter socket. A citation will be filed in District Court 25-03-02.
