Three catalytic converters where cut off of three vehicles at 7436 Nittany Valley Drive Mill Hall, the actor(s) used battery operated saws all,  crawled under 1 Kia, and 2 Honda SUVs  cutting off the converters resulting in a loss of near $6000.00, The investigation is continuing,
