HOME INPROVEMENT FRAUD:

CODY DANIEL SHANE MCHENRY of Lock Haven was taken into custody on 02/23/23 at 8:00pm at his residence for home improvement fraud, MCHENRY, who is the owner of MCHENRY ROOFING and CONSTRUCTION engaged in a contract with the victim, the victim then gave MCHENRY $21,340.38 with two credit cards and a personal check to do construction on his house, however MCHENRY never completed the work or returned the victims money. In addition to the home improvement fraud MCHENRY faces felony counts of:

1: Theft

2: Theft by deception

3: Theft by failure to make required disposition of funds

4: Deceptive or fraudulent business practices

5: Dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities

6: Corrupt Organizations

MCHENRY was lodged in the Clinton County Jail and the charges had been filed at District Court 25-03-02
