LAMAR TOWNSHIP:
On 03/08/23 at 9:13pm CARTER JOHN WINKELMAN, 18 of Jersey Shore Pa was discovered behind the United Church of Christ 389 Long Run Road Mill Hall, sitting in a vehicle in a dark area with a juvenile under the age of 17. WINKELMAN, who was smoking marijuana was attempting to provide the juvenile with marijuana just prior to being caught by Police. WINKELMAN will be charged with ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A CHILD, CORRUPTION OF MINORS and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, Charges will be filed through District Court 25-3-02
