LAMAR TOWNSHIP:
On 1/17/23 at 1455 hrs Mill Hall Police, and the Pa State Police Fire Marshal investigated a house fire at 84 Ridge Road Mill Hall, The investigation revealed that the cause of the fire began as a flue fire due to the amount of creosote in the single wall flue pipe. The heat generated from the fire then ignited combustibles around the flue pipe causing the fire to extend into the walls and ceiling of the home, The fire has been ruled accidental.
