WARRANT 

On 12/20/22 at 1700hrs GENE RAYMOND LAGOE JR of Mill Hall / Oswego New York was taken into custody on Mann Ave. Mill Hall, on Felony charges of home improvement fraud and related charges, LAGOE had fled the area when he learned he was under investigation for criminal activity that occurred in Castanea and Mill Hall. LAGOE was taken to the Clinton County Correctional facility for arraignment.
