HARASSMENT:

5 Juveniles ranging from 11-14 years old have been referred to court via juvenile petition for M2 harassment after sending lewd, obscene photo of  another individual over social media using snap chat,  During the investigation it was discovered an 18 yrs old Lock Haven female also had received and sent the same photo to others she will be charged through District Court 25-03-02.  The investigation is continuing.
