 CODY DANIEL SHANE McHENRY  33, of 125 North Vista Drive Lock Haven was into custody on 08/05/22 after being charged with 2 felony counts of Home Improvement fraud, McHENRY  entered into a business contract under McHENRY ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION LLC, McHENRY was to perform construction work for a victim whos storage shed burn down and also the fire damaged his home.  The victim provided McHENRY with $18,450.00 for the cost of the project to which McHENRY  never completed. The victim had asked for his money back but McHENRY didnt respond. He was transported to the Clinton County Jail, charges where filed in District Court 25-03-02.
