RICHARD A  FISHER 42 of Lock Haven was taken into custody for a active criminal arrest warrant issued to Lock Haven Police, he was located in the area of 200 East Keller Street lot 9 and taken into custody, FISHER then was transferred to Lock Haven Police custody.

BAD CHECK: LAMAR TOWNSHIP

A bad check incident is being investigated stemming from an individual that issued a check to the merchant from a bank account without the proper funds, the merchant reported the suspect purchased  $72.23 in items on 12-11-2021, and has not yet received the total amount.
