On 04/7/22 at 1212hrs DUSTIN ALLEN BUTLER turned himself in and was taken to central booking for arraignment.

 On 04/05/22 a warrant was obtained for the arrest  DUSTIN ALLEN BUTLER the owner of BLACK BEAR CONSTRUCTION and SERVICES of Loganton Pa, for passing a check for $40,000 for building materials that he knowingly did not have the funds to pay the debt. The investigation is continuing.
