Arrests:

1.   Darlene Moyer, 63, Howard, was arrested for Retail Theft (Felony).  Between 02-12-21 to 03-01-21, Moyer stole numerous items from Weis Market. 

2.  Eric Condo, 33, Lock Haven, is being charged with Harassment (Misdemeanor).  On 03-14-21, Condo knocked on his neighbor’s door and made lewd comments to her.
