1.  On 09-11-21, Matthew Dennison, 31, Lock Haven, was pulled over for driving at night with no head lamps on.  Dennison was found to be under the influence of alcohol.  Dennison is being charged with DUI and related offenses and Periods for Required Lighted Lamps.
