News Release

June 29, 2022

Incidents:

1.  Crash - On 06-27-22 at 6:45 PM, a crash occurred on Bellefonte Ave near Commerce St.  Unit 1 and Unit 2 were traveling west on Bellefonte Ave.  Unit 2 was stopped for a red light and unit 1 ran into the rear of unit 2.  The operator of unit 1 was cited for following too closely. 

Offenses Charged:

1.  Courtney Myers, 20, Lock Haven, is being charged with Harassment for shoving and striking the victim.  This action occurred on 06-06-22 in the 100 block of E Church St.

2.  Kevin Merriam, 24, Lock Haven, is being charged with Harassment and Criminal Trespass.  On 06-28-22, Merriam went to a residence in the 700 block of E Bald Eagle St and threatened the victim.  Merriam was previously banned from the property.
