Arrests:

1.  Brandon Yost, 41, Lock Haven, is being charged with Driving Under the Influence of a Noxious Substance.  On 11-28-21 at 10:14 AM, a witness called 911 after watching Yost pull up to the stop light at the intersection of E Main St and Grove St, stop, but then didn’t proceed when the light turned green.  The witness then saw Yost huff a can of duster, pass out, then slump over the center console.  The police officer that responded found Yost still passed out with the vehicle in drive and his foot on the brake.  Yost was arrested and subsequently taken to the Clinton County Correctional Facility for arraignment.  Yost was given $2500 bail and has since posted the bail.
