Incidents:

Arrests:

1.  On 07-08-21, Zachary Noll, 22, Lock Haven, was stopped for a traffic violation.  Noll was found to be under the influence of drugs.  Charges are being filed against Noll for DUI, Careless Driving, and Driving Vehicle at Safe Speeds. 

2.  On 07-12-21 Hunter Powers, 20, Jersey Shore, was stopped for speeding.  Powers was found to be under the influence of drugs.  Charges are being filed against Powers for DUI and Speeding. 

3.  On 08-19-21, Christopher Campbell, 34, Lock Haven, was arrested for a PFA violation for having contact with the plaintiff of the PFA. 

4.  On 08-20-21, Jackeline Brown, 47, Williamsport, stole a purse belonging to the victim, whom Brown was a care aid for.  Brown is being charged with Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. 

5.  On 08-14-21, Daniel Maxwell, 24, Lock Haven, stole money from another person staying in a shelter with Maxwell.  Maxwell is being charged with Theft. 

6.  On 08-20-21, Ryan Emerson, 21, Cox Mills, WV, was taken into custody after he got into an altercation with the victim and strangled the victim.  Emerson was charged with Strangulation and Simple Assault.  

7.  On 08-29-21, Daniel Fuller, 30, Lock Haven, was arrested for Defiant Trespass after refusing to leave a business after being told by employees of a business to leave.  Fuller also attempted to falsely identify himself to police officers when officers responded to the scene.
