Arrests:

1.  A criminal complaint is being filed against Joshua David House, 35, Lock Haven, for Possession of a Controlled Substance which occurred in the 100 block of N Fairview St on 11-30-20. 

2.  Criminal complaints are being filed against Brooke Dickey, 30, Lock Haven, and Colton Wagner, 24, Lock Haven, for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia which occurred in the 100 block of S Highland St on 01-18-21.
