Arrests:

1.  On 05-04-21, officers came into contact with Jonathan Gadd, 35, Mill Hall.  Gadd had a warrant for his arrest and when officers attempted to take Gadd into custody, he resisted arrest and attempted to flee from officers.  Gadd was charged with Resisting Arrest and several drug related charges.    

2.  On 04-24-21, it was reported to the LHPD that the Tiger Den playground had been damaged.  With the public’s help, LHPD was able to determine a female, age 11, Lock Haven, and Blake Cain, 18, Mill Hall, were responsible for the damage.  Both were charged with Criminal Mischief.
