Incidents:

1.  CRASH – On 03-29-21 at 10:14 AM, a crash occurred at E Church St and N Washington St.  Ronald Laubach, 70, Jersey Shore, was traveling west on E Church St.  Laubach then executed an unsafe U-turn and was struck by a vehicle operated by Jeanna Selts, 20, Lock Haven.  A citation for Limitations on Turning Around was filed against Laubach.
