Arrests:

1.  James Davis Jr, was arrested on 02-28-22 for a PFA violation for posting on social media about the plaintiff while being prohibited from doing so.

2.  Brooke Emahiser, 28, Lock Haven, has been arrested for Resisting Arrest, Institutional Vandalism, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Drunkenness.  On 02-27-22 at approximately 12:49 AM, Emahiser caused disturbance in the 300 block of N Vesper St.  Emahiser refused to stop even after being told to by officers.  Emahiser was taken into custody for causing the disturbance and being intoxicated in public.  Emahiser resisted arrest and later caused damage to City Hall. 

3.  Maria Donofrio, 21, Renovo, has been arrested for DUI and Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.  On 02-06-22, Donofrio was stopped for failing to drive within a single lane.  Donofrio was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
