News Release

June 22, 2021

Incidents:

1.  CRASH – On 06-21-21 at 1:34 PM, Kevon Wilkins, 29, Waycross, GA, was operating a tractor trailer truck and struck a stop sign at Myrtle St and E Park St.  Wilkins was cited for Operating a Vehicle Upon a Sidewalk. 

Arrests:

1.  On 06-17-21, an arrest warrant was served on Carl Breasette, 34, Lock Haven.  Breasette was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child for an incident that occurred on 06-08-21.  Breasette was responsible for the care of a two-year-old child but failed to notice that the child left the house.  The child was found outside at 9:10 PM, unsupervised and in extremely soiled shorts, with no shirt or shoes. 

2.  On 06-15-21, Dwayne Rutledge, 25, Lock Haven, was arrested for DUI and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended.
