1.  On 12-16-21 at 9:18 PM, an officer attempted to stop Melody Witherite, 43, Mill Hall, for a traffic violation.  Witherite fled from police and eventually stopped on her own.  Witherite has been charged with the following: Fleeing or Attempting to Elude, DUI, Registration and Certificate of Title Required, Operation of Vehicle Without an Official Certificate of Inspection, Stop Signs and Yield Signs, and Careless Driving. 

2.  On 12-29-21 at 12:29 AM, officers were called to a residence in the 700 block of E Main St for a report of someone pointing a gun toward another person.  As a result of the investigation, Kirby Simcox, 45, Lock Haven, was found to be in possession of firearms when he is prohibited from possessing firearms.  Kirby has been charged with Persons not to Possess, Use, Manufacture, Control, Sell, or Transfer Firearms.  Kirby was arraigned by MDJ Maggs and given $30,000 bail.  Kirby remains in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.
