News Release

February 1, 2022

Incidents:

1.  Criminal Mischief – On 01-30-22 between 5:00 PM and 6:20 PM, a vehicle window was broken.  The vehicle was parked in the 200 block of E Water St.

Arrests:

1.  Amanda Jo Troy, 31, Lock Haven, has been charged with Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct.  On 10-25-21, Troy hit and scratched the victim in the face causing bruising and swelling on the victim’s face.  This occurred in the parking lot of 840 Bellefonte Ave. 

2.  Roger Lucas, 39, Loganton, was arrested for a PFA violation on 01-29-22.  Lucas attempted to contact the plaintiff in the PFA through a third party which is a violation of the PFA Order.
