Arrests:

1.  Tylor Fox, 27, Lock Haven, has been charged with Criminal Mischief and Causing or Risking a Catastrophe.  On 06-13-21, Fox intentionally flooded and damaged property in the apartment he was residing in.  The flooding also caused damage to the business below the apartment.  Total amount of damage was over $124,000.    On 12-06-21, an arrest warrant was served on Fox to answer to the charges.  Fox was arraigned by MDJ Frank Mills and given $125,000 bail.  Fox was unable to post bail and remains in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.
