Arrests:

1.  Brandon Yost, 41, Lock Haven, is being charged with DUI.  On 11-27-21 at 11:18 AM, Yost was observed by a witness passed out in his vehicle in the travel lane of N Fourth St with a can of duster up to his mouth.    Yost was arrested by a LHPD officer and taken for a blood test.  Yost was found to have Difluoroethane in his system which is from inhaling the duster.
