Arrests:

1.  Shawn Poorman, 23, Lock Haven, has been charged with DUI and related charges.  Poorman was pulled over on 07-24-21.  As a result of the stop, Poorman was found to be under the influence of Marijuana. 

1.  Richard Ardel Fisher, 41, Lock Haven, has been charged with Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.  On 11-08-21, Fisher stole a package from an apartment building in the 200 block of N Grove St.
