Incidents:

1.  N/A            

Arrests:

1.  On 12-12-21, Barnard Scott, 47, Lock Haven, was arrested for Strangulation, Simple Assault, and Harassment for an incident that occurred in the 100 block of Bennage Ave.  Scott was arraigned by MDJ Kibler and given $10,000 bail.  Scott remains in the Clinton County Correctional Facility unable to post bail. 

2.  On 12-06-21, an arrest warrant was served on Janet Evans, 20, Lock Haven.  Evans has been charged with Theft and Receiving Stolen Property after she took the victim’s jewelry and traded it with someone else for a laptop.
