Arrests:

1.   A citation is being filed against Barbara Leone, 51, Lock Haven, for Public Drunkenness.  On 04-04-21 at 10:36 PM, Leone went to her neighbor’s residence and pounded on the door because she wanted to charge her cell phone.  Officers found Leone, intoxicated and drinking alcohol, on the back porch of the neighbor’s residence.
